🌛 What You’ll Be Doing on the Night Shift:
Evening & Overnight Support:
- Assist with bedtime routines and nighttime hygiene needs.
- Help with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed throughout the night.
- Provide comfort and respond to calls or concerns promptly and calmly.
Medication Reminders:
- Ensure clients stay on track with nighttime medications.
- Support clients in managing their evening routines.
Companionship & Reassurance:
- Offer a calming and caring presence.
- Provide light conversation or emotional support if clients wake during the night.
Health & Safety Monitoring:
- Observe and document any changes in condition or behavior.
- Notify care team of concerns or issues needing follow-up.
Morning Transition:
- Assist with early-morning hygiene, grooming, or meal prep for a smooth start to the day.
✔️ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior caregiving or related experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification a plus
- Calm, compassionate, and reliable—especially at night
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
